A: Absolutely. While we’re geared for heavy equipment, we also service smaller commercial trucks and fleet pickups.

Q: Do you offer fleet maintenance contracts?

A: Yes. PRS provides customizable preventive maintenance programs, inspection tracking, and scheduled service plans for fleets of any size.

Q: How far in advance should I schedule fleet maintenance?

A: We recommend setting up a recurring maintenance interval based on mileage or engine hours. Most fleets operate on a 30-, 60-, or 90-day PM rotation.

Q: Do you perform maintenance on-site?

A: Yes. Our mobile service trucks are fully equipped for preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs at your facility or jobsite.

Roadside & Mobile Services

Q: How far will your mobile road service travel?

A: We cover Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia — with 24/7 dispatch for emergencies.

Q: What types of roadside repairs can you handle?

A: Air leaks, fluid leaks, electrical issues, diagnostics, brake and suspension repairs, and other breakdowns — all handled on-site whenever possible.

DOT & Inspection Questions

Q: Are you certified for PA State and Federal DOT inspections?

A: Yes. PRS Truck Repair is a licensed Pennsylvania inspection station and certified to perform annual Federal DOT inspections for trucks and trailers.

Q: Can you fix inspection issues immediately?

A: In most cases, yes. If a unit fails inspection, our technicians can complete the repair in-house or in the field to minimize downtime.

Alignment & Performance

Q: What’s included in your laser alignment service?

A: We use the MD Alignment QCT system for precise, multi-axle alignments that improve tire wear, handling, and fuel efficiency. Each job includes a complete axle and frame assessment.

Q: How long does an alignment take?

A: Most single-unit alignments are completed within 2-3 hours; full tractor-trailer combos take approximately 6 hours.

Billing & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards, fleet checks, and approved commercial billing arrangements. Fleet customers can also set up net terms upon approval.
